My name is Qayyum and I am a fourth year International Relations and Arabic student! While I spend my time in school grappling with the Arabic language, my mother tongue is Malay, and I am glad to give Malay science fiction an opportunity to expose itself to readers outside of the Malay world through this project. Media of the Malay world, in my opinion, has not reached mainstream global status just yet, but I hope my contribution to this project can help introduce to some of you the treasure trove of stories that lie in the less-known languages of the world. Other than science fiction, I enjoy reading thrillers and horrors.
